Ingredients
1/2cupold fashioned oats
1/2cupunsweetened soy milkor non-dairy milk of your choice, use a little more to make it creamier
1teaspoonchia seeds
1tablespoonpeanut butter
1/4cupfrozen blueberries
Instructions
Mix oats, milk, chia seeds, and peanut butter together in a container like a mason jar. Add frozen blueberries to the top. Refrigerate overnight. Stir and enjoy the next morning adding more milk if desired.
Notes
Customize as you wish! Sometimes we add freshly sliced banana the next morning instead of the frozen blueberries.
