Ingredients
1/4cupTextured Vegetable Protein (TVP)or crumbled soy curls
1/4teaspoonground black pepper
3/4teaspoonpaprika
3/4teaspoongarlic powder
1/4teaspoonsalt
1/4teaspoonred pepper flakes
1/4teaspoondried basil
1/4teaspooncayenne pepper
1/4cupboiling water
1 1/2teaspoonliquid smoke
Instructions
Mix spices together with TVP or Soy Curls in a medium bowl. Add the boiling water and liquid smoke, stir to combine, cover, and let sit for 10 minutes. Fluff with a fork and sprinkle on top of your pizza before cooking.

Makes enough for one 12" pizza but double if you like heavy toppings.
