Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup sunflower butter or almond butter
  • 1/3 cup almonds sliced or chopped
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries fruit sweetened if you can find them
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or agave
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  • Roughly grind up half the oats in a food processor or blender. They don't need to be flour consistency, just chopped up a bit. This part is optional but I like the consistency I get when part of the oats are ground up.
  • Add all ingredients to a medium bowl and stir until well combined.
  • Using food service gloves or wet hands, grab about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Repeat to use up the mixture. You should have about 12 balls.
  • Put the balls in a covered container in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Enjoy!
