Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375ºF. Spray a 9" x 9" square baking pan with cooking spray or use a silicon one.
Mix all of the wet ingredients together in a small bowl and set aside.
Mix all the dry ingredients together in a medium bowl and whisk together until well combined.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix until just combined. Add the raisins and walnuts and stir until mixed in. This will be a thick batter.
Spread the batter in the baking pan and bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool before serving.
Notes
If you want to take it to the next level, top with your favorite cream cheese frosting.
